Available Internship Positions
Broadcast Intern -
Broadcast Interns will serve as the on-air voice for SBL live-streamed games, delivering engaging play-by-play and commentary throughout the season. Interns assist with broadcast setup, production, and in-game execution while representing the league with professionalism and enthusiasm.
This role is ideal for students interested in sports media, broadcasting, or digital production.
Trackman Operator Intern -
Trackman Operator interns will be responsible for collecting and managing in-game performance data using Trackman technology. Interns ensure accurate tracking, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and submit postgame data files in a timely manner.
This role is ideal for students interested in baseball analytics, performance data, scouting, or baseball operations.
Official Statistician Intern -
The Statistician interns will manage official game scoring and statistics using the PrestoSports platform. Interns are responsible for real-time stat entry, communication with umpires and coaches, and timely submission of game files.
This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals interested baseball operations or analytics.
Marketing & Promotions Intern -
The Marketing & Promotions interns support the league's brand growth through social media engagement, in-game promotions, alumni engagement, and sponsorship activation. This role offers hands-on experience across marketing, communications, and fan engagement, with opportunities to take ownership of creative and strategic initiatives throughout the summer.
